BTW- the Flag will be under the boy's knees went tucked.
Seems like American Honda was what was to be represented here. Not Honda Corse. Those boys wanted to make perfectly clear that the effort was homegrown. Erion is about as American racing as it gets. Others may have an issue, but I like it. It represents the USA effort for the M2 class and GP entry. There are no other bikes that are bred in the USA right now. Proud to be an American- albeit, riding a hot-rodded, Japanese kit bike.

FWIW, the Corser Ducati and the Hayden USA bikes are two of the coolest bikes I've ever seen, but this is just too much.
So this doesn't look like a flag to you?

And this one

Nice re-butt Moke!

Personally, I like the Erion bike. It should make one proud to see on the M2 grid.

You do realize America is supposed to be a big melting pot of many different nationalities.

NEITHER of these are bikes to which I was referring. Both are NOT to my liking. Thanks for posting a useless post to back up your misguided arguments!

This is more like what I was thinking. Not overwhelmingly flag-like, but still quite patriotic.

Come on now don't get offended! You made a statement and I answered it, nothing more. I was in no way being rude Doc.

The bike indicates an American rider that is entered in an American round of the grandprix championship. As you may or may not know grandprix motorcycle racing in america is rare. It's the American spirit which creates these one of a kind paint schemes. In my mind it's a tribute to all Americans. It's a
simple way the rider and team can show respect. The branding on the bike should in no way be taken offensively. I mean do you realize Japanese manufacturers sell and race motorcycles in and on US soil? They been here for years and really they don't do to bad.

Yes, they do, but they have almost completely abandoned racing in America. When they don't win the chmpionship, the b!tch and complain and threaten to pull out (Honda). Then, the rest of the world gets new bikes, but we don't (Suzuki). Shall I go on? If I speak mistruth, please correct me.

Coming from an old military salt, I don't like when people put paint schemes resembling flags on cars, trucks, bikes, etc. If you are going to put a flag on in, great, do that. As I said before, there is a distinct difference between a patriotic R/W/B scheme and something that looks more or less like a flag. Maybe it's just me.
