Default QATAR Night test

So, I'm on crash.net and eurosport beating up the guys that are slamming Ben from a Mat Mladin interview and just noticed:

Pos Rider Team Fastest lap Prev. Gap Lead. Gap Laps
1 Valentino Rossi Fiat Yamaha Team 1:55.971 - -
2 Casey Stoner Ducati Marlboro Team 1:56.203 +0.232 +0.232
3 Nicky Hayden Ducati Marlboro Team 1:56.855 +0.652 +0.884
4 Randy De Puniet LCR Honda MotoGP 1:56.943 +0.088 +0.972
5 Ben Spies Monster Yamaha Tech 3 1:57.039 +0.096 +1.068
6 Andrea Dovizioso Repsol Honda Team 1:57.067 +0.028 +1.096
7 Loris Capirossi Rizla Suzuki MotoGP 1:57.099 +0.032 +1.128
8 Jorge Lorenzo Fiat Yamaha Team 1:57.290 +0.191 +1.319
9 Colin Edwards Monster Yamaha Tech 3 1:57.405 +0.115 +1.434
10 Mika Kallio Pramac Racing Team 1:57.509 +0.104 +1.538
11 Marco Melandri San Carlo Honda Gresini 1:57.689 +0.180 +1.718
12 Hector Barbera Aspar Team 1:57.822 +0.133 +1.851
13 Hiroshi Aoyama Interwetten-Honda MotoGP 1:57.888 +0.066 +1.917
14 Alvaro Bautista Rizla Suzuki MotoGP 1:57.989 +0.101 +2.018
15 Dani Pedrosa Repsol Honda Team 1:58.142 +0.153 +2.171
16 Aleix Espargaro Pramac Racing Team 1:58.209 +0.067 +2.238
17 Marco Simoncelli San Carlo Honda Gresini 1:58.349 +0.140 +2.378

I know LR hates Mat for ruining AMA racing for a decade, but Mat was right about Ben winning the title and I don't think he misspoke about Ben's ability to hang with Rossi. He didn't make any outrageous predictions. Just that Ben has the talent and skill to race him and win every so often.

One of these gomers in europe said he doesn't count Ben as a "real" champion because he doesn't have 5 title wins. I corrected that for him. Ben has 6 titles. 3 AMASB, 1AMASS, 1 AMAFX and 1WSBK.

It's gonna be a fun year watching Nick do Ducati proud and watching Ben chase the Aliens. I'm even thinking of going to Laguna this year.

Ben's within .55 of Rossi and up to 3rd. Nick slid down a little, but I think he's onto race set-up now.

All's well, Nick was working with a soft front that he hated. Back in form.
