Sorry LR, looks like Mat being tweeked doesn't effect the results of being a flat out fast rider. On the brightside, Pegram had a great lap. Hope he does well re-entering Superbike after a couple of years in FX.

Yeah. but the question is, "If Mladin falls down will they stop the race for him?"

Cool HA!

Looks like the DMG rule changes isnt going to stop Mladin, and I didnt think it would change the Suzuki show.

Everyone's still dialing in. Mat has 17yrs of Superbike experience. I would expect no less than this performance from him on a bike that was just pulled out of boxes 5 days ago. The times look pretty good so far.
And yes- when Mat crashes the world stops rotating until he remounts and is able to spin up the rear tire and get the Earth's rotating inertia moving again.

Cool

Lets face it some people just hate others that do well, or seem to never get beat. Albeit his personality might rub you the wrong way but you can never deny his ability or skill. I dont things are going to change too much and never really believed they would, even since the DMG announcments.

I don't hate Mladin. I don't particualarly like him either. There is after all no shortage of overblown egos in professional racing. There are others worse than Matt. He's just been playing the rules like any smart racer can. My ire is against the AMA who allowed things to get this far afield. As I've said before I was totally shocked that AMA Superbike rules allowed a race to be stopped because a rider crashes and everybody waits 1/2 hour for him to repair the bike. WTF?

Mat's a competitive guy. He'd probably win Superpole on a Yamaha. Or maybe not...............
