Default Winter Solstice. 4-5 months to go.

No bike in the picture. The solution may be a Sherpa with studded TKCs next winter. Do TKCs even fit a Sherpa?

Just hang on, Algore has the answer. With Global Warming kicking in full steam, by next year it will look like Miami Beach there. I know it snowed in Houston, New Orleans, and Las Vegas had the first snow in 30 years, but don't worry, just invest in suntan lotion and wait it out.

Just go with the flow and pick up a snowmobile. They are pretty sad compared to bikes but still you can assuage your inner adrenalin junkie until the weather turns again.

It's crazy. I'm driving to Mesquite, NV today and it should be winter wonderland most of the way. A nice sunny day with snow-covered mountains should make for a nice drive.

My handi van has 4 wheel drive (Chrysler Town & Country LXI AWD) and I took it to Big Bear for the kid to go snowboarding. The BLM & CHP nazis were hauling cars off the road to put chains on, and I just blew by 'em with no problems. They didn't even shoot at me this time.
