Gosh. I'll run right out to get one to park next to my Ford F150 Harley hauling truck.

Didn't Dodge do something like that for SEMA a few years-ago? Ah, yes - I believe it was intended as an option for the '09-MY Ram.

Everybody that has a 1/2-ton or larger pickup has one of these at the show - Dodge, Ford, Chevy/GMC, Toyota, Nissan, Honda.........

This year, the "Official car of the 2008 SEMA" is the Camaro. Chevy sent 4 of them. As I understand it, you can't walk around without tripping-over a Challenger at every turn.

Yeah the Challenger is a sales disaster. Those cars were before my time but I don't remember more than one older guy in the neighborhood driving a Challenger.

The Camaro was a big seller for many years and should do ok if GM isn't out of business by then or owned by Nancy Pelosi.

Actually, it's just the opposite - it's a "sudden" success, from what I've been reading - along with the Viper, the well-heeled are snapping them up over fears of the Death of Chrysler.

The Nurburgring-record-holding Viper ACR - essentially Dodge's $110K answer to the ZR-1 'Vette - has sold-out completely; and I read a rumour that Dodge was contemplating a second run of them for the current MY.Doubt it, though.

That's it. Build a $80k truck to go with your $80k bike. Cool!

It's a "styling exercise" - and not available. At least not unless you've a 3-meter-tall pile of cash with nothing better to blow it on than a one-off pickup truck.

Better make that a 5-meter pile, I just noticed you'll be paying with Aussie dollars................
