I guess he's known by his initials in the UK. Seemed to be an up and coming racer. Sad news indeed. Safer Barriers are our friend on the track. If you have not donated to organization that buys them and you participate in track days- think about it. If we could get the tracks to install them instead of Mat Mladin and a few others bringing them we will all be safer.

BTW- I know he was hit. However, most cases of lost lives still happen from hitting the walls. RIP CJ

Walls, SUVs, Buicks, Dogs, basketballs (yes, basketballs) all can take us out pretty darn quick. Just be thankful you're livin, and trust to your luck, and march to your front like a soldier...

R.I.P CRAIG JONES,...

To think he survived all the really dangerous tracks in the U.K(British Superbike)have you see Cadwell Parks track? They have a hugh jump that would never be aloud here in the U.S. Although our Roadrace tracks are'nt the safast by any means.
