Maybe because of the failed Aprilla start-up in the USA? Dirt bikers were clammoring for that v-twin 450, but it's not even available in 1012. Also parts always an issue. MSR's salespeople are disgusted, as I'm sure is every dealer who took the plunge.

There are two blown up RXV450's on CL in this area, and there aren't a lot of dirt riders here.
