It's funny. The old Aero (and the new) are the few Honda cruisers that don't turn me off. It's actually a pretty decent copy of an original. (Yes, Longride, I'll admit it's a copy of the original - HD.)

Default Benefit of the doubt

I believe Honda is making these decisions based on some kind of marketing data combined with the desire to push certain models for whatever reason.I like the cbr1000r but the fact that only a certain amount will be available for the US market makes me wonder.WTFO.BMW,Triumph and Ducati seem to be manufacturers that have a proper focus on market segment.Without running the risk of analysis paralysis it would be very informative to have more marketing data from these four manufacturers.

Except the typical buyer of this will go with a set of open-pipes that causes the engine to sound like a particularly old, loud, flatulent, obnoxious Briggs & Stratton twin.....

Maybe next year they'll put a disc brake on the back .. nah, too expensive, gotta take these things slow.
