This is just the precursor. Just like when England left Enfield there. HD- HinDu Motorcycles is now just 5-10 short years away.

This is just something they have to do to be competitive in that market. Here in Korea H-D's are imported from USA and the price is nearly double what they cost in the U.S. Also parts are 50%-100% more as well due to import duties and VAT. Hopefully the recent Free Trade Agreement we have with South Korea will help bring down some of those prices.

Our markets are wide open to foreign goods, but in many cases our trading partners have protectionist policies making goods imported into their country far less affordable. No wonder we have a trade deficit.

In this case, build means "assemble". I don't have a problem with that.

Exactly, it's what industrialized nations do with their 3rd world colonies. Sorta like Z-4 assembly in Spartanburg SC.
