Keep the price sub $13k And change the American version to the American name and they will sell a few. But no one ever asks me about marketing motorcycles- so, they're on their own.

Didn't Ducati already Fail at building/marketing a "Crew-zor" once before? Only, differnt kind of Ugly, that one. This sez "Japakneez Anna-may Crew-zor; with Machine-Guns" rather than "Italian-Harley-Fugly".

I'm a little more optimistic. Most Diavel sales will be conquest sales, as in not cannibalizing their existing customers. It might not be what we want from Ducati, but I can see how some non-Ducatisti might be enticed by such a machine. It will be interesting to see how the market reacts to it on the sales sheets. I've spoken to a few people at Ducati who have ridden it, and they promise it handles unlike any cruiser-ish bike.

I'd have to take a test ride before making up my mind on whether I like it or not.
