With the Yen's strength against the Dollar right now (even though Japan's Government has worked hard to keep it otherwise), this goes to show exactly HOW much profit Suzuki has had "built in" to this motorcycle.
Not that there's a single thing wrong with that - the bike has been priced pretty-much in-step with the (very few) others in this class. Actually it's kind of sly for Suzi to do this - absorb some of that profit "back" into the bike, it might generate sales that otherwise would have gone by the wayside. VTR 250, Honda?
