Arnold is a real leader and this legislation will definately stop illegal immigration,reduce taxes,improve schools,fully fund public employee retirement and reduce fraud and waste in Government.Good to see he has his priorities straight.If you can't fix any real problems create a false one that may generate some revenue so the A** Holes in Sacramento can continue all things Socialist.The EPA will also do an equally stellar job coordinating from their end.Another worthless regulation purposely designed to accomplish Nothing.

Not quite true. Sadly there are places where people can't sit on their own porches for all the @ssholes with their drag pipes and race cans. Regardless of Calif's other problems this was inevitable. Florida is probably next. There is no one to blame but the @ssholes who ride around at the pain threshold.

I thought Florida was first? Don't they already have something similar to this, enacted essentially at the same time they put into-effect the Death Penalty for Wheelies?

There is already a mechanism in place to punish the Posers that are ruining it for everyone.Adding another tier to the laws already in place only adds additional cost.I do not know of any stock bike offered with exhaust notes loud enough to merit a citation.The current Vehicle Code like the Immigration laws do not need enhancement they just need enforcement.I am surprised however that they didn't make it Hate Crime.

Not to mention that it takes away the necessity for the cop to make a decision. Now it's a simple inspection/ticket and back to the donuts without having to worry about showing up in court.
