Easy to explain. After all the weekend commandos sold or got their Hardley-Ablelson Motorcycles repo'd the fatalities would naturally be lower

Most crashes, by far, involve new riders. Since new sales have been down and gas prices have been down the numbers of new riders has fallen substantially. That's really the main factor and always has been.

Motorcycles are not needed for human fatalities. Even now we are assembling a Space Fleet that will DESTROY EARTH! Expect a rise in deaths very soon!

I have it On Authority from my Good Friend, Harry Hurt - that 100% of all Motorcycle Crashes involve......... (are you ready for this?) MOTORCYCLISTS.

Therin lay the Problem.

We should probably make Laws banning the use of MOTORCYCLISTS on our Streets and Highways - that would solve the problem, forthwith.
