Crazy how that Shadow RS looks like a totally different bike in the R/W/B paint scheme!

Yeah. A lot like a Sportster. Which is of course what the Japanese are trying to achieve whether anyone admits it or not.

I'll admit it,looks just like a sporster not sure why they would want to copy that specific model but so beit. The Asian culture is all about trying to copy something to make it better with refinement. I'd say they've done a great job cause I'd buy that Honda before I bought a Sportster all day!
As for there line up- I knew there'd be nothing new just bold new graphics.

You do that. You buy the Honda and add all the performance upgrades. Which are... well... zero. I'll buy an 883 and do the 1200/cam/carb kit and put out about 90rwhp and say goodbye to Larry's Victory. It is sort of interesting that after 25 years in production there are no bore or stroker kits or pretty much anything for the Shadow except to add more weight with chrome bolt-ons. I don't necessarily dislike Shadows and will even recommend one to a new rider as they make a pretty good ~40hp learner bike. But they were really disappointing when they came out in the 80s and have never improved much. Why can't a Shadow 750 get at least as much hp as a 1970 Norton 750? They have similar redlines. No reason a Shadow couldn't get 50+hp. Because it's a cruiser? No one ever complained about the low end torque of a Norton 750.

I think the motive behind making it look like a sporster, is because for some weird reason they think us mericans like that played out look, personally its a bit outdated for my taste. Plus I'd take an overhead cam rather than pushrods any ole day.
