80+ hp, nearly 60 lb-ft of tourque and weighing in at nearly 350lbs?! Finally a bike Cuddy can be proud of!

Now, we just have to wait for the inevitable FZ8 vs. Monster 796 comparo next year, once the FZ8 reaches our shores.

DR Pulley, the FZ8 is a resleeved FZ1 and weighs over 100lbs more than the Monster. The two engines have the same torque. Except for top speed contests the Duck is going to crap all over the FZ8. A 696 might also. Who buys those bikes for straight roads anyhow? It'd be a fun contest. It would be good to see the Japanese bring over the FZ8 because it isn't another brobdingnagian pork barge.

Default Ducati Lust

I love Ducati. I want one. They are hitting on all cylinders.I would probably go for the 1100s version of the Monster although this is the middle weight bike to lust after.
