The company reached a seven-year agreement with the plant’s union in December that would keep operations in York while sacrificing nearly half the workforce." I'm quite sure there were a few employees that expected their job would be protected by the union -- false job security. |

People lean on their unions too much for security theres only so much any company can do within their financial limitations. I'd say we'll see less & less union work available in the years to come.
