I like the look, I think the factory is doing what HD does so well, go to the field and see what the owners are doing for mods and then copy it. The bike looks close to two Thruxtons that show up Sunday am at Everglades Park; those two take it further with velocity stack intakes and some other trick stuff the factory can't do for EPA and other regs.

The bitter pill though is the power to weight ratio; 68 hp on a sporting bike doesn't cut it at that weight. It's probably harder to find 100+ pounds to remove than bumping HP; if they got it close to 100 hp it would become a very desireable bike.

It's pretty easy to get some decent performance out of these, a set of Hagon shocks and fork springs, any number of different pipes and either pod filters or a Norman Hyde velocity stack intake and you can get them clipping right along. The bikes handle well enough that you can carry a lot of corner speed and just wind it on in the straight sections. Definately an easy bike to ride fast despite a percieved lack of power

In fact there Moke ol' buddy I just bought myself a set of D&D stainless Police Interceptor pipes for the ol' bagger (p/n 408-14B) for Christmas, with a special noise reducing baffle that increases power without increasing sound, specially designed for the fuzz. I figure if it's good enough for them it oughta' work just fine for me
