Well, I hope those LCD "mirrors" work in bright sunlight.

Now all Guzzi has to do is win the "Sell Enough Bikes To Stay In Business" Award.

VERY COOL Concept Bikes! Guzzi could kill the German competition if they did two things: 1) significantly improve the dealer network (takes time to "build" the consumer confidence that creates the "demand") 2) devise a auto-sync system that continuously synchronizes the throttle bodies over the RPM range as the classic 90 deg V-twin has perfect primary and secondary DYNAMIC balance but suffers more than the boxer twin from ANY out-of-sync condition because of the inherent lumpy and non-canceling power pulse. I am a mechanical engineer with lots of BMW experience and over 100Kmi Guzzi riding experience. Although I understand its limitations, I enjoy it because I absolutely believe the Guzzi twin is a better engine concept for street and off road use than a boxer twin hands down.. it just could use refinement.

About that first one - they've been "building a dealer network and consumer confidence" in the U.S. now for what - 40-odd years?

Exactly what I was going to say. I guess the award won't mean much if they aren't in business next year.
