i'm not sure the exact cost of funding an f1 team. i could be wrong here. however i think a wsbk team is probably about 10% of the cost to f1 racing. so by my calculations, bmw should be in the ama by next season. now who to ride it?

Professional Motor racing in any form is bucks up. Even the top-notch radio controlled buggy teams can expect to spend thousand of dollars at a big race. Hell, when you can't walk out of a bike shop for less than $200.00 nowdays, that tells you sumpin' right there...

My Dad went broke racing an M8F McLaren back around 1970-71. He finally had to rob a bank to make ends meet...

LOL on dad robbing the bank to go racing. i heard racing could be an addiction. did you get him to rehab?
any takers to pilot the beemer on US soil?
