Very cool machine!

For a very good article (and pictures) on the 'Triple, check out the latest 'TriuMPH' magazine here:

Easily one of the coolest bikes made in the last 15 years. It sure beats the hell out of anything that came out of Honda.

Yah.

My 'maturity' kicked in, even back in '02, when I decided the Sprint was the better bike.

That was before Motorcyclist magazine voted the bike "The easiest bike to lose your license with".

I took a buddy with me to look at Triumphs, back when I wanted to see what one looked like. There was a black 'Triple in the middle of the showroom floor. He sat on it, and was 'snakebit'. He promptly sold his bike and bought the 'Triple.

yeah I really like the '02 style better, when I bought my 1200 Trophy they had a lime green S3 and the Trophy, I couldn't decide which to get because I wanted a touring bike but the S3 looked so cool. When I went back the S3 was sold so I got the Trophy which was what I was after really anyway. I still miss that sum'b*tch If Triumph was still making them I'd have bought another one
