What's the problem? This law is just a slight extension from the helmet laws that so many motorcyclists welcome.
All those people who said that the govt would keep restricting more behaviors were just tinfoilhat wearers right?

There are two proposals working their way through Congress to change this.
I don't know who was dumber, Congress for making the law, or the CPSC for over enforceing it.
