Whoops... looks like a typo on that story. It should be the R1, of course.

I believe AMA needs to jump in and check some crankshafts. Someone must have stolen Yamaha's fancy new crankshafts and stuffed them into all those old 2008 Suzuki's. When does the Yosh team start using the 2009 bike? I heard there was a homologation issue? How can there be an issue with a machine that will obviously sell in the thousands whereas how many Ducati 1200's do you expect to see running around on public roads?

Bostrom got his ass handed to him in both races to the tune of 1 second per lap! Better phone Ben Spies and get a few tips.

Not enough machines have been built. Japan is behind in production. I'd say you'll see the 09 bike by Barber.
