You gotta admit it takes guts to stand up to the Fed. If they see this as a racketeering case then they can pre-confiscate all his money and assets making it impossible to mount a defense.... a common fed tactic.

This is too high profile for that, probably. Anyone wanna take odds on Malcolm's chances for a "random" tax audit this year?

If they throw MS in the can I say we bust him out. He's a perfect candidate for it, white, upper middle class, never arrested before and has some sizeable assets in his shop and holdings.

The Feds would love to confiscate all that stuff and throw Malcom in Club Fed with molesters, speed freeks and moonshiners.

He's taking a bigger chance then he thinks.

It's a shame that children in 'merica are so hungry that they are forced to chew on OHVs. I say if you purchase an OHV you recieve a gubment stimulus package to ensure the health nutrition of the children, think of the children, if we can save just one child.

I say they put a black bag over his head, ship him in a cargo plane to a secret prison in Thialand, and water board him until he does a public service announcement on the dangers of lead poisoning.
