Can't believe there are so many here that think Bayliss will win, however it turns out it should be a good one.
Unfarmiliar bike or not Rossi wont let him win. My dollars on Vale! Hands down!

I have no idea who would win. But I do know I'd be rooting for Bayliss, just because I am so impressed with what I've learned about his life and career. You should check out "Troy's Story" on DVD sometime if you can find it. It's really good.

I have to agree with MOKE, Rossi will hand him his lunch in a picnic basket. He may be a little snot but he's a god dam* fast one, I don't think Bayliss can do it.

Have ya ever seen Rossi put the hammer down. He rides sometimes in the back when the bikes not right and can still catch the leaders once it get's down to the end. He's a kid at play when he rides.

Honestly, it's an impression I've gotten from watching him do his post-race interviews. Which I saw a lot of this season; so I give credit where credit is due. The other thing that's given me that impression is what I read about the way he left Honda. There seemed to be a lack of style in that whole affair.

Who knows, maybe he's the nicest guy in the world. But, I think we're allowed to root for our favorites and boo our "bad guys" in sports just because we want to; good reason or not!

Bayliss said he'd take a million to do it. I smell a pay-per-view 15 lap two person shootout. Grit to grit.

Let's not forget that Bayliss, in a one-off ride for Ducati in '06, beat Rossi et. al. in a MotoGP race...

I like em both. Now to watch Mouse McCoy as I just got Dust to Glory again from netflix. Tonights entertainment... Love that flick. May have to watch Faster afterwards.

Laguna Seca just taunted me with $70 tickets to the GP this year. Guess their 4th of July plan is working out exactly as I assumed, total bomb. Going to have to go to Miller this year instead. Anyway with WSB this year it should be the series to watch. Go Troy and Reuben!
