I know guys that have NOPI tuner imports that put out more noise than 80db. Are the noise police going to look at their exhaust (while parker), too? I think that's the AMA NY out. Someone know the AMA state rep. Tell him that.

As if there weren't enough reasons not to live in New York!

Here in Minnesota and South Dakota it seems like 50% of the trucks on the road have no mufflers. Talk about a stupid law.

Is this a anti-noise measure on how loud they speak, or is it on their motorcycles?

Why focus on 90% of the problem when you can focus on 10% of it? Motorcyclists are easy targets. I hear at least 100 loud cars going down my street to every 1 bike, but hey, let's give the bike guy a ticket! Boy, that will solve everything!

"allowed to issue tickets to bikes, even parked ones, lacking the EPA tag without having to prove that the bike exceeds the noise limit.

Astonishing. It's like getting a ticket for not wearing your seat belt while you're still in the house putting your pants on.

Well, Your Honor, it was clear to me that criminal intent was in his mind...that he was going to break the law...sometime very, very soon.
