"with a claimed top speed of 62 mph and a range of 33-55 miles per charge."

Does that mean if driven at 62mph it has a range of 33 miles? Because a lot of electric bikes I have read about have a hard time of doing 25-50 mile at a constant speed of 30mph.

62mph top OR a range of 33 miles is probably a better logical expression. It can go 62 and it can go 33 miles, but not at the same time. It's ad copy so expect the data to be represented misleadingly.

Battery technology still has a loooong way to go to make these things truly practical.
