sheeet !!...did I ever tell you about my galvanized fence post drag pipes?.....The Cycle Shack Drag Pipes I hose clamped to the frame to replace them with that gave me about 2 inches of ground clearance on the right hand side???...The time my (ahem) "slightly used" Fat Bobs split and filled my crotch with gas going down I-5???...How about my 60 year old rivited brake shoes that self destructed and had me doing a Fred Flinstone stop through the busiest intersection in Auburn??...

Hell.. I'll be glad to work on your bike there buddy, what do ya want me to do !!

Wow Sachi, the V-Strom gang is dying to meet you. They're a bunch of farkeling fools! So does the bike produce enough power for all that stuff, or do you have keep a mental power budget going as you ride along? BTW: no toaster? Nothing better than a piping hot Pop-Tart on those cold morning rides!

Nah, when the toaster pops it trips the breaker for the Espresso maker

That doesn't explain the shockingly messy garage. I thought the Anal-retentive Queen would have been far more tidy.

No, it doesn't put out enough watts to run all that at once. That's why I added the Datel voltmeter, so I could see when it was discharging. I can run the HID lights and the electric vest at the same time, at least.

Perhaps a small color-matched Honda generator on a trailer should be your next accessory. Toasters do draw some amps, you know.

Complete with Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom "Minecart-chase-scene" smokin' boots at the end of it?

I also want a visible clock on mounted somewhere on the bike. I never wear watches, but would like to track time somewhat.
If you dont get a stick on clock from 'stich buy a cheezy timex digital and strap it to your brake or clutch reservoir. That was my clock on my old KLR. You can electrify your tank bag at almost any shop. There are the cigarette lighter plugs that attach to your battery terminals. Snake the line under the tank and into your bag. Or you can get a BMW plug or other type per Sachi's comments.
