Here's what I did for my parking pass at work.

1- Get a piece of sheet aluminum slightly larger than the pass. It can be cut from a piece of old ducting with tin snips.
2- Drill 4 small holes near the four corners of the aluminum piece.
3- Attach the pass securely to the aluminum piece.
4- Obtain a couple of nylon ties and attach the completed assembly to the fork tube.

I just ride on the dots in between the lanes and the sensors don't even know you're there.

Free toll road!
