Default Possible to find Manual for 1982 Yamaha Maxim? What about parts?

As the title suggests, I'm looking for anywhere that might have parts for a 1982 Yamaha Maxim 650. Also, does anybody know where I might acquire an old manual for maintenance purposes?

There may be Clymer or Haynes manuals you can find on line. Possibly Yamaha may have manuals sitting gathering dust. Check dealers and online parts services. For parts there are also online places like bikebandit and babbitts. Also you can check motorcycle junkyards. Most of the parts for those old bikes are out-of-stock and discontinued.

Good luck.

In the last month, I've seem more resurrected old Japanese bikes than ever before. The 20 year old dust collectors are back on the streets!
