Can anyone give me the torque specs for the headers on a 2007 Suzuki GSXR 1000. Just bought a new Yoshi pipe and don't want to give the dealer $350 to install it. Thanks!

Good-n-tight are good specs for any exhaust system. You might want to pick up a manual for the mighty gixxer, but tight exhaust bolts on studs in the head are pretty easy to figure out. Not too loose, or too tight, just right (before they strip out). It's a 'feel' thing all us old mechanics have built into our fingertips...

Generally you can go by the size of the bolt. Its going to be around 16.5 ftpds.
