As far as the lemon law goes, I bought it in kansas, and yes they have a law. But I live in Oklahoma, and we do not have one. It's going to be $450 dollars for my lawyer to send a letter to honda, and with no idea if it will help get my bike replaced or reimbursed. I would think it would be open and shut since there are other people with the same year vfr800, and bought around the same time, that have the same exact problem. I also have video of this happening. But for some reason, Honda doesn't want to even look at that. So for now im just going to website to website looking for a fix. And for the person that wrote about the vfr800 being reliable and bullet proof, im sure most are. I just happened to get the wrong one.

You oft have to read between-the-lines with Longride - his Vitriolic Sardonicism at times comes-across as obfuscating and fuliginous. In truth, he doth mock the irrefrangible reputation of Honda Motors, Inc. Nay, he sullies the very NAME of the Japanese Motorcycle Industry with verbal slings and arrows dipped in the venom from his poison pen, castigating all who would defend her..............

Smother the motorcycle in Kramp Easy-Lube. Drain all fluids, disconnect and remove the battery, and submerge the motorcycle in warm salt water for 18-24 hours. Remove the motorcycle from the salt water and dry carefully, using pressurized air where needed. Discard the motorcycle
