Default Trouble with my 82 CB650SC nighthawk

I just purchased the bike a few weeks ago and found out that the fuel tees were dryrotted. I repalced them and now after the bike has been driven a few miles, it boggs down and acts like its running out of fuel. I also have fuel dripping out of the overflow hose from the right outter carb. Please help. What do I look for?

Pull the carbs off and clean them. It'd probably be a good idea to replace all the fuel lines.

It should have a vacuum activated pet****. That should be disassembled and cleaned. It's possible that the diaphragm has rotted and needs to be replaced. Check all air/emission system lines too.
