Hi,

There are two things that typically remedy squeaking brakes:
1. Change the pads. The ones you have may be glazed or worn out. 2. Clean and lubricate the calipers. You have to remove them from the bike to do it right, although you don't have to remove them from brake lines. After you've cleaned them, apply anti-squeal grease on the back side of the pads, and make sure the thin metal spacers are in place. Also make sure the two halves move freely on the slider that connects them.
