I don't know if you told TAS about your posts, but if you did, you might get some results.
Hi Morbo,

They know about my posts.

Cheers

Default tas motor sports

Just signed up and like Collector I am out my $$$. I too have never been taken by anybody like the good ole boys at TAS. Lie after Lie after Lie. I hope no more people get taken by them. I have been fighting this for 3 months. Just because a UPS label has been printed don't mean that it's stuck on a box of parts and scanned into the UPS data base. If there is some kind of criminal action or law suit against them I would like to be a part of it.

Hi Lineman,

Sorry to hear that you got stung as well. I put this post up so that this situation could have been avoided by others. I have been pushing my case now for 10 months with various organisations and government agencies (including the police and FBI). I am having some success but it is a long and drawn out process (which I am more than prepared to follow through). My intention is to finally have criminal charges against TAS (and that is looking like a real possibility). I hope that you may follow a similar course of action and try to get your pound of flesh (just go for flesh as TAS will NOT give you your money back). Don't let them get away with it easily - make it tough on them! They have scammed you out of your hard earned money! It's so easy for them to print out a label, not send anything, but claim it went in the post! There are now many cases where they have done this to lots of buyers (this is showing up in the investigations).

Hope you take them on!

Sounds like someone needs to fire-up the Ol' Tractor and drive it down their fence-row....

Trust me, next time I'm over there I might! Opps, sorry I can't say that in case it's seen as a threat by TAS.
