Default Tire size...need help!!!

I want to buy tires for my 06 Kawasaki Ninja zx-6r. I need to replace my factory tires with Michelin or Bridgestone, but I can’t find front tire size of 120/65ZR17 m/c (56W) which is in my bike’s manual and factory size so in this case can I substitute sizes 120/60/17 or 120/70/17 is this will affect my rear tire size of 180/55ZR17?
Thank You
Joe

You'll hardly notice that difference in aspect-ratio, in day-to-day riding. You'll be more-likely to notice if the replacement tire is more "rounded" or "pointed" in its carcass-profile.

Unlikely at all to affect the rear, other than a possible minor change in ride-height and the "attitude" of the bike - but if it does, and you indeed are a discerning rider - this can be easily adjusted by moving the forks up or down in the triple a few mm (assuming they don't have some "positive location" detent or clip or the like).

120/60 profile will be fine for that bike. Turn in may be slightly quicker, actually. But to notice that you'd have to be a track day junkie.
