According to my Honda Motorcycle Identification Guide, the 6-digit frame number starting with a 1 makes it a CT90K0, released 4/1/66 and sold 1966-1968. An "early" model has dual overlay rear sprockets. A "late" model has an 8-speed, dual-range transmission. No manufacture dates are put on "early" and "late".

Look at the steering head, the date of manufacture should be on the VIN plate or stamped in the frame.
