Thumbs down chokes out

I got the problem with the pet**** resolved. However now when I put in 1st gear to start out the more gas I give it it wants to cut out. It idles fine only when I start off and than it will only go so fast. Please help me once again.

Sticking slide, torn or mis-seated slide-diaphragm, float-height too low, airbox leak, or carb insulator-boot not sealed, plugged fuel filter (if equipped), plugged tank strainer (inlet of the petc0ck), pinched (or otherwise blocked) fuel-line, fuel pump or relay (if electric) bad - don't know if this bike is equipped with a pump - if any of the fuel tank is below the top of the carbs it will probably have one.

Those are the most likely culprits, but it could be a couple of others.
