I just purchased the bike and was requesting some info. Shifting seems to be quite loud at times. What I means is when you let off the throttle and shift wether from high to lower or lower to higher gears, you really hear a "clunk" Is this normal or is there and adjustment that needs to be made. I just had it serviced and they said it is normal

Each of the bikes I've had will shift easily & quietly most of the time, and other times, you have to be a little more forceful and they seem to clank into gear

Depending on how loud most bikes are going to make a clunking sound. Obviously make sure your throttle is completely off when your shifting.
How long have you been riding and what size is she 900cc, 1700cc, or 2000cc?
