Default lifters

your lifers are loose. get a shop manual and find out what your tolerances between your rocker and the valve. if it is to loose it will tick. note before you ripe into the motor your going to wont to get a new gasket.

that dose not sound good i would not run the engine again until you get it check out. it sound like something has come undone
