Default 78 Triumph Tiger Tires

Well it's been over 30 years since I replaced my Tiger tires and I have heard that it's time to do so.

What tires do you all recommend for all around street driving? Just doing dry weather cruising around town and occasionally over the Sierra's.

I would like to keep as original as possible.

Thanks for your help. Robert

What size does the ol' gal wear?

Instead of Storms, I'd recommend the Roadrider, like the guys on T-Rat.net said.

Avon Roadrider AM26 Motorcycle Tires

Even though I'm about to put a Shinko on the rear of my Sprint.

Don't do it - Chinese tyres, burning death and all that!

Wait, What?

Not Chinese. Amazingly enough.

If I've figured it out, Shinko is Japanese and the tires are made in Korea.

Still no real plus or minus reviews. I suppose that means the folks that have them are satisfied with them.

You know that if there was anything at all bad, the 'victim' would be screaming bloody murder.

So in a month or so, I'll be "spooning a new bun on the hoop" and doing my own 'review'.

Except for the cornering ability, of course.

Why don't you come over and spoon these 285's on the comp-wheels for my Bullitt for me while you're at it?
