What Is The Towing Capacity?

Got A Harley Ultra Classic, I Want To Tow A Small Trailer On A Long Trip. What Is The Towing Capacity Of The Ultra Classic?

Judging by the larda$$es seen rolling around on them, I'd say quite high.

Isnt the horsepower already low enough?

Moke, Moke, Moke...

Towing does not involve horsepower, it requires torque.

BS, I don't know where you would find that info, as the OEMs will not open themselves to liability for what is widely regarded as a bad idea.

Suffice it to say that the bike will pull any small trailer. The big problem is turning and braking when you have something strapped to the ass-end of the bike that wants to keep going in a straight line.

There has to be a site dedicated to bike/trailer touring. Good luck!

PS. If you need a trailer, leave the b1tch at home. I have yet to see someone ride around the world pulling a trailer. If they can do it, you can too.

So let me get this straight, when you load a 250lbs trailer on the back of your bike your hp is completely "not" effected? Huh? All these years I could have been really fat and still raced, without it effecting my lap times?
