Hello,
I am a brand new motorcycle owner and know next to nothing, though I'm learning. Anyway, I have taken my bike apart and I have been looking for rebuild kits but can't seem to find any on the web for 1978. Does anyone know where I could look or if there is another year that I can use? I appreciate any help! Thanks, Lyle |

Look here: Untitled Document
Email them, and they should be able to find what you need. I've used them before, and many friends have used them. If they can't help you, nobody can.

You can get the individual parts at bikebandit. Those carbs are pre-CV so they are really simple. Just clean them thoroughly and make sure the floats don't leak. Make sure the internal passages are clear by spraying carb cleaner through them.
How many miles on it? If the carb bodies are worn then they will need to be replaced.

On my CB350 Four I carved a new set of carbs out of week old Monterey Jack Cheese. The toughest parts was doing the choke plates. Then my Aunt Emma from Estonia used them in a soup, so I was stuck rebuilding the stockers again. We had her deported soon after.

As well you should have. EVERYBODY knows you use Monterey Jack over tacos - and only Nordic hard-cheeses should be used in Kaesnifla'........
