Default v-ster 1300 Cobra Vs. Hard Krome

Cobra's Speedster systems (shorts)
3" Big Straights from hard krome

I am leaning towards the Hard Krome
I would like to see some other thoughts

Go for those 3" Big Straights. That way you can annoy everyone with earshot, and make a complete ass of yourself on each and every ride. Don't settle for less!

Make sure you drill a bunch of holes in the air box so that bad boy can breath!!!

I hear you can get more power by getting a 6" fan, making some ducting out of sheet metal and connecting it to the air intake. Oh yeah you need an inverter to make AC to power the fan.

You'll have to excuse some of the mods here they dont believe the expense is worth the minimal hp gains you'll get. They wont tell you about the off throttle response, thats gained and yes a couple more ponies you'll get on the top and through-out the rpm range.

I like the Hardcrome Exhaust. But do me one favor and run the bike on a dyno in complete stock trim first. Then install the exhaust, then run it again. Then install the powercommander and run it again. Air filter? This will allow you to see the gains each time you add one. Then post em up. The vtwins usually dont gain too much unlike the sport bikes. Good luck!

You left out: "it isn't."
