You know that's funny but true. Steam plants have a real low turnover and most everyone is ex-Navy. When I first started out half the guys I worked with were WW2 or Korea with a finger or thumb missing or half a pound of steel shrapnel in their butts. Used to hear some good stories sitting around the coffee pot......

naw, it'd be easy to cut a finger off in this waterjet. It's a fairly small bed so reaching across is pretty simple. The laser on the other hand is quite a bit larger and has more safety features.

Oh, the burn-scars I've acquired in the last 24-odd years............ (although to tell the truth - about 1/3 of them are due to Welding, and some are chemical from NH3)

Oh yeah, I have my share of "tattoos" LOL, I picked up a dandy the other day trying to re-attach an ignitor wire on a small firetube boiler, goes with the territory I guess.
