Default Vulcan Classic 1500 (FI) redline spec.

Can someone tell me the redline spec. on a Vulcan Classic 1500 fuel injection 08. Thanks

1. Mount tach

2. Twist throttle until you hit the rev limiter.

3. Record tach reading.

4. There you go.

Most likely the torque peak will be around 4 to 5 k with peak HP around 5 to 6 k, typically power will drop off before redline so You're best bet is to develop a feel for when the bike is making power and when it's just making noise and ride accordingly

There's a reason there is no tach on those things. It doesn't matter what the redline is. So unless you are winning a bet on this one, just ride it and shift before it sounds like it will blow up.
