Default Fuel Pump problem, 02 Shadow Ace

i have a 2002 honda shadow ace 750, i have tested the fuel pump and it works, i have replaced the fuel pump relay, i am not getting power to the fuel pump when the ignition is turned on, any ideas????

fuses? Bad or no connection in an important wire?

the only thing you can do with an electrical problem is start tracing wires.

No power when cranking? Honda has an "interlock" coming off one of the coil primarys that won't power the fuel-pump relay unless the bike is cranking or running.
