Contacted PM last week for a RA# to be shipped be for warrenty. They said no problem and if I shipped it overnight there and back costing me $104.84. I was told that I would get a new one back no later than wensday. Now no responcue form the factory, checked the UPS tracking # and nothing been shipped ( POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ) After paying high dallar for there product that has poor Quality CHROME!!!never again.

One reason I dont install chrome on any of my bikes. Too each his own though, hope it works out in your favor.

Crappy chrome seems to be the industry standard these days. I bought an accessory mirror a couple of years ago and it began to rust within a couple weeks. Cheap cheap cheap.

I wouldn't waste my money on any of that crap. A set of good street pads, not race pads, plus stainless brake lines on a stock set up will give you good braking performance under most circumstances. I "heard" that because of EPA BS most aftermarket plating now is done in China and Mexico, from now on expect sh*t chrome just like everything else from China

You can expect krappy khrome now because the EPA/AQMD/TOXIC POLICE has shut down about every plating place on earth for violating the rules of nature, where nothing is chromed. You don't see chromed apples, or trees, Elephants aren't chromed, so why would you want someting on your poluting evil two wheel devil machine to have chrome? Just be glad you're allowed to have brakes at all, not Fred Flintstone replicas (old Pro Keds with duct tape wrapped around the souls).

It may be a fluke. PM has typically had a good reputation for quality products that fulfill unique customer requirements, and low cost meals with family-friendly pricing.

Or, it really could be an evil EPA plot. Maybe they're the ones behind the scenes creating Harley's new "Dark Custom" styling fad.
