Looks like a great bike, but the SUV look hasn't won me over yet.

On the road I think they are first gen fz1's when in the opposing lane, till I see the side view. Our local Triumph shop's owner pretty much confiscated their loaner tiger as his own. They are a KTM, Ducati and triumph house so that tells me a lot about the tiger. Its pretty close to the top of my list at the moment. Fits nice, looks sharp and has bags. Now where to find the money...

..errr, might be a nice bike but it sure is ugly. Kinda like the girl with a face like Babe Ruth who ***** like a weasel. Don't want to be seen in daylight riding one.

Good review! Been riding my '07 Tiger ABS for the past year-and-a half now.

- Slightly abrupt fueling: agreed. Install the Triumph Off-Road performance exhaust & associated FI map, plus a high-flow performance air filter.

- Shock spring too light or too tired: agreed. Install Ohlins!

- Claw mark decals on the tank not back in vogue yet: not so much...

"Install the Triumph Off-Road performance exhaust & associated FI map, plus a high-flow performance air filter.."
