Thanks for the invite. I just bought a book on making chili and they mention Chili John's. I'm working up courage to get my right knee replaced, so it may be a while. Unfortunately, I only inherited the bad things from my father. He was a world class athlete, but ended up with bad knees like me. I would have preferred his size, ability to run and his strength, but nooo.... When I raced bikes, my father was 5 inches taller and weighed 100 pounds more than me - and it was all muscle.
