Default My issue in a large nutshell

We (enterprising Americans) coined the term Superbike. WSBK stole it from us. We initialized the rules- that WSBK uses and modifies for their series. Why can't we reinvent Superbike into what DMG is thinking? Why is it not possible to make all these bikes from 600 water-cooled to 1340cc air-cooled be the "new" generation of Superbike?

Everyone thought WSBK would die when spec tires and spec fuels were adopted. After 2 yrs it is as popular (WSBK) as ever. If we are pulling our hair out because of BORING racing in the US, why not change it into something NOT SO D@MN BORING?
"Slack" - a state of being in which everything flows smoothly.....a frame of mind so at ease that the universe naturally cooperates.
